• If services are canceled 72 to 24 hours prior to the scheduled service start date.

  Client agrees to pay 50% of the fee for the period reserved or a minimum of $15. With the exception of severe weather, life threatening emergencies or a death in the family.

  Visits cancelled due to client's early return will not qualify for a refund.

• Mileage and Extended Area charges are for transportation to any clients outside of our normal service area's.

  Hourly rates and Milage charges are for dealing with any emergencies and necessary errands. Such as buying pet food, taking your pet to the veterinarian or personal errand.
  
  

• Overnight Visits Sitter will spend a minimum of 8 hours between the hours of 8pm to 9am

  Holiday Rates: The holiday fee is applied per visit on Christmas and New Years Eve and Day, Memorial and Labor Day Weekends, Easter, Thanksgiving and 4th of July.

  Pet Visits/Walks cover your first 2 pets. Each additional pet is an additional charge

  The Registration Fee is credited toward your first booking.

• 
  Locked out services is a service where we will deliver our copy of your key in the event you forget or loose yours. Service is based on availability.
